Take photos during the day, look for good frames, redecorate the rooms if necessary… a very high percentage of properties are discarded on an initial online visit to a real estate portal or website, this being the first filter. Make the most of the best corners and give importance to all the details: kitchens, bathrooms, terraces, furniture, finishes, natural light and plants… How often do we see poor quality photos, at night, with the blinds down, in untidy flats… who would like to imagine that the house of their dreams is going to be that one?

4. Adjust the price

In the real estate market, a house that is promoted with a value above the one that corresponds to it will not only be complicated to sell, but it will also make it easier for buyers to choose other houses similar to yours. Duly inform the owner of how much the square metre in his area is and what the buyers in his area are prepared to pay. There is nothing worse than wasting time on properties that are off the market on a whim.
