In today's interview, we talk to María Leguizamón from Floorfy.
FLOORFY: Hi Maria! To begin with, tell us a bit about yourself, why did you decide to start a career in real estate?
Hello, so that you can get to know me better, I will start by highlighting that I am a very outgoing person who is passionate about technology and innovation.
My profile has always been commercial as I have a great facility for communication and I reinforced it by studying mobile application programming to be able to better understand the technology sector and get into it.
I started at Floorfy a few years ago and the experience, effort and constant teamwork have led me to this position where I have specialised in the real estate sector.
FLOORFY: Describe a typical working day for you.
My job mainly consists of organising and supervising the tasks of the sales team and the technical support team so that, through personalised treatment, our clients can get to know the benefits of the platform and make the most of it.
I am constantly studying the sector in order to improve our service and transmit the needs of the agencies to the rest of the team.
I combine the above tasks with commercial meetings where I advise groups in the sector and give visibility to our tools. I am fortunate to be able to work with a proactive team on a daily basis, which creates an excellent environment and drives growth.
FLOORFY: What does Floorfy offer in the real estate market?
Floorfy is a tool that has become essential for the sector, as it facilitates the marketing of properties and allows agencies to reach a high positioning in real estate portals thanks to the content generated for each property.
Through Floorfy, the agency can connect directly with its clients without the need to travel, improving the visit experience notably while the commercial agents optimise their time.
FLOORFY: How have Floorfy's customer demands changed since the pandemic?
During the pandemic, we could see that agencies that already had the platform in place could continue to market their portfolio and not be forced to stop as they were generating virtual visits with their customers.
In my opinion, the pandemic accelerated the recognition and use of virtual tours in the real estate sector by providing immediate solutions thanks to the different tools we offer, such as video calls, open-house, the meter integrated in the virtual tour, among many others.
FLOORFY: What are Floorfy's plans and objectives in the market for the coming year?
Next year we will launch the new version of the product, which will be more intuitive and will offer new tools designed exclusively for the real estate sector.
We will strengthen collaborations with real estate portals, groups and crm's to facilitate and enhance access to virtual tours for agencies.
And we have a great opportunity to expand in the UK, Brazil and establish ourselves in Mexico.
FLOORFY: What do you like most about your job?
Without a doubt, the philosophy of the company. Floorfy is a company formed by a young team that is committed to technology as comfort and teamwork. The members of the team have training in different professional fields and we constantly share this information to encourage each other.
We have a great deal of freedom to contribute ideas and put them into practice. For me, constant growth and autonomy at work are essential.
