I'm Adrià. The real estate sector? My passion.

I've been in the real estate sector for 12 years. I started when I was very young (19 years old) and I specialised in various fields of the sector, expert in NPL products (non performing loans). Since 2017 I opened my commercial brand with several partners and since then we have continued with the adventure.

Hi Adrià! To begin with, tell us a little bit about yourself. Why did you decide to start a career in real estate?

I have known about the sector since I was a child due to my brother who worked in the sector for a while, I was very impressed by the gratitude that customers had towards him, since managing a sale and purchase is so difficult for a private client and to see how simple a person with experience did it, I felt it was an important job. After that I had the opportunity to enter the real estate sector at its worst in 2009 and from then on it became one of my most important passions.

Describe a typical working day for you.

The most important thing for me is the start of the day. Every day I go out to play sport accompanied by good company (my daughter and my dog), put my headphones on and listen to Welcome to the Jungle (Guns 'nd Roses). This inspires me and makes my day start at 100%. After arriving to the office I always try to buy a coffee in the local shops near the office and the most important thing "the smile", I always think that when you have a bad day and you see someone smiling it makes your day less heavy. From there on in the office the first thing is daily emails, daily planning and urgent calls to clients (I try to maintain a regular relationship with my clients, if you give importance to your clients, they will need you). A client who you talk to 2-3 times a week will consider you as a friend in the long run. In the afternoon I try to schedule visits, meetings and recruitments. At the end of the day 19.30-21 (depending on the job), I come home with a nice glass of wine and read (chill out moment of the day).

And tell us a bit about how you got to know Floorfy.

I personally got to know Floorfy thanks to Carles Parera, in its beginnings, when he explained the project to me and the passion with which it was exposed, I saw that it would be a success and a project for the future.

What is your favourite feature of Floorfy?

The client can visit the property from their sofa without moving. They can see the characteristics that the agent shows them, they can interact with their future home from their armchair at home. Ease, simplicity, effectiveness.

What have been the advantages of using Floorfy virtual tours?

It improves the filtering of buyer visits, time saving equals gain.

How has the pandemic changed the real estate sector in your opinion and how has it affected your company?

Well, the pandemic has been a breakthrough, for better and for worse. We have been forced to improve and progress in a compulsory way, as we were committed to change. The main change we had to make was to change the way we saw the business and to change our day to day, to stop being a neighbourhood agency and to implement new technologies. This has led to an increase of more than 60% in the effectiveness of our visits, to attract more clients and to multitasking (we have managed to do twice as many tasks as we did before the pandemic).
