Intro

Hello! My working life is quite multifaceted, I have always liked human relations and I feel very comfortable in the commercial field.

I was born in Argentina, Buenos Aires, and at the age of 23 I came to Spain where I have established myself. The real estate world as I had known it did not call my attention, I have a very clear moral and ethical side. In Homie I discovered the real estate revolution and that's why I'm committed to this project!

Interview

Hi Valeria! To begin with, tell us a bit about yourself, why did you decide to start a career in real estate?

I had an offer for a new real estate project that I found very interesting. Lowering the market commissions to favour the flow of buying and selling in a fair way.

Describe a typical working day for you.

With the first coffee in the morning I review the requests and respond, I review agendas for commercial visits both for buying and selling, and if I go to the office I attend to face-to-face requests. The days are very variable depending on the visits, intakes, meetings with my commercial team and asset follow-up.

And tell us a little about how you got to know Floorfy.

Floorfy is a tool that has been provided to me in the company and that has become very important in the dynamics of the visits. Not only is it a wonderful visual filter thanks to its 360ยบ tour, but we also get very good results in virtual guided tours, in an easy and functional way.

What is your favourite feature of Floorfy?

The virtual tours.

What have been the advantages of using Floorfy virtual tours?

Mainly time optimisation! In this way we make a visual filter as a first contact with the interested party that facilitates the commercial management, we even make progress if people cannot attend the visits in person.

How has the pandemic changed the real estate sector in your opinion and how has it affected your company?

We always adapt to everything, and I think the pandemic has brought a practical point of view in many sectors. It has made us discover ways to adapt our marketing and work digitally, optimising time and unnecessary travel costs.

As for my company, we are a young company that is committed to new technologies and digital methods, but we always give the added bonus of quality and human monitoring, even virtually.
