Unissu is a platform established by British PropTech experts James Dearsley and Eddie Holmes. It aims to help property professionals understand the future of their industry, by offering a portal that will educate them on the latest technology, helping them make informed business decisions.

It provides an opportunity for PropTech companies to connect with customers, with an extensive directory of PropTech firms, an active blog and a series of video events, which Floorfy has been involved in.

FLOORFY: the what, why and how

In the interview, Martin runs through the key what, why and how of Floorfy’s virtualization solutions, and the outlook for 2021. In the next 5 years, we anticipate that the ‘norm’ will be to carry out a virtual visit of a property before visiting it in person, and Floorfy’s service will enable this. Here’s how:

What

Our main clients are real estate funds, banks, portals and estate agents, and we develop a specific value proposition for each one. However, in short, Floorfy’s services not only supplement, but revolutionize the key ‘experiences’ involved in the sale of a property.

By producing a ‘digital twin’ of a property, the following can now be made online:

- Operational visits, such as those made by architects and technicians.
- Prospective visits and sales visits, made by clients at every stage of the sales process, qualifying the sales lead effectively.
- Open-house events, which, when made online, create a dynamic of competition, where potential buyers can bid along with the real event.

All we need you to do is take a series of 360-degree photographs of a property. In this youtube video, we show you how. Through this, Floorfy produces all the supplementary material necessary to list a property successfully. These include a virtual tour, 3D render, property descriptions, HD photographs, a commercial video, a video-call integrated system and live open house events.

Why

Based on the experience and testimonials of our clients, we can group the benefits of using Floorfy into 3 categories:
